The Instant Demo site is already populated with Jobs that you can send on (as a Nominator) or apply for (as a Candidate), and you can of course create your own test jobs (as an Administrator or Hiring Manager) yourself, although data is refreshed every week so the test jobs you add are likely to be removed.
